1. Inquiry and 1st contact

A. Parents should submit our inquiry through the website, one form per student (link).

B. Head of Admissions will confirm the slot meeting (by confirmation-email).

2. Meeting in-person 

A. School and Campus visit, exploring the facilities, and feeling the schools’ mood.

B. Head of Admissions will sit for an information session with parents, to explain about the Schools culture.

3. Pedagogical Interview 

A. School Leadership, Head of School and/or Academic Director, meets with the parents and the students.

B. Expectations, values and school’s philosophy are shared by both parties.

4. Application Submission 

A. Families complete the application form.

B. Submission of required documentation.
B1. Previous school reports.
B2. Passport/ID copies.
B3. Proof of vaccinations.
B4. Students photographies.

C. Proof of payment of the Application-fee (100€) 

5. Decision and Offer 

A. Admissions department reviews the application, documents, and interview feedback.

B. Formal offer, email with the terms, tuition fees, and enrollment conditions.

6. Confirmation and Payment

A. Pay and send proof of payment to
admissions@beyondschool.pt and finance@beyondschool.pt.

B. Submit additional documents.

B2. Direct Debit Authorisation.
B3. GDPR Document consent.
B4. Emergency contact informations.
